Central Storyline
The Central Prison of Porto Alegre was considered the worst in Brazil by a commission of inquiry of the Chamber of Deputies in 2008. Now, the place opens its doors to expose the poorly maintained structure and the life of penitentiaries in unhealthy conditions.
