Agni and Vijay, loyal cops, kill Thimmakka’s son for rape and murder, sparking her revenge. She allies with two dons and manipulates politics to discredit the police. Agni, backed by the honest CM, fights back, killing one don inside the CM’s residence. Thimmakka unleashes Black Tiger, a criminal thought executed, who escaped via corruption.
